I made a trade on 1/12/15 and was told my coupons would be mailed on 1/13/15. This trader was hesitant of me since being burned by other traders in the past even though I have over 250+ positive feedbacks (which I guess doesn't mean squat) but would mail and I was told: I have been burned many many many times for money -- and all that results is trouble... that being said I will ship your order out today. If in the event I do not receive payment ($1.74)within 7 days I will no longer take orders from you. Hope you understand. Thanks for ordering and I hope we can do business again. Thanks for the order
On 1/19/15 I asked if she rec'd my envie on 1/16 or 1/17. I was told no. I said I have not rec'd cpns either. I asked when mailed, I was told: Evening of the 13th - so 14th mail date
She told me on 1/21: can resend and thinking I prob should so that you have for fri shop day.
On 1/21/15 at 8:30pm ET, I told her to send my money & stamp back. On 1/24/15 I rec'd the cpns. The envie was postmarked on 1/20/15. She never mailed on 1/13/15 like promised but instead waited till she got my money first.
I had seen a reply on her post from another trader that she also did not receive her coupons and I also replied that I didn't either but then all of a sudden that reply was deleted. After I had requested my money back, I was emailed this from Stephanie: Your money will be sent sig required - that way the board can see how ignorant both of you are! What more do you want - blood !!!
I was also emailed this: Please get my full name removed from the board unless you would like yours including your tel # posted to the board -- you hv until tomorrow to get it removed -- READ the rules of the RS board please
When I asked for my money & stamp to be returned she said: Send back the coupons as soon as you get the refund please as now you hv NOT paid for them! Thank you! Do you need my address? Plmk. I replied: Will just see when and if you refunded my money
She emailed: That's called stealing -- I can easily hv the envelope returned to me that's how ups works. I will need a tracking # today when you send. If you don't provide that today i will hv ups return $ to me.
I also receive this email on 1/26/15: You will also be seeing a cease and desist order form my lawyer. Happy lawsuit -- enough is just enough.
Monday 1/25/15, Stephanie googled my name and city/state and where I worked showed up and she went to our company website and under the "contact us" page she saw my name along with several other employees & phone numbers. She saw the owner of the company and his cell number, called him and asked if he knows a Petra Munson, yelling and screaming. He could not understand her and said Lady I don't know what you are calling about but you better call the office and talk to so and so, which she then did. Stephanie told the person on the phone about this cpn ordeal and referenced RefundSweepers website and the post and she was sending my company a restraining order!!!
As of 2/04/15 I never did receive my money/stamp back and thus I kept the coupons.
These are the facts and no matter what you hear or read. I will NEVER trade with this person again due to this terrible experience.
