You will need: 

Tool belt 
Few tools for the tool belt 
Work gloves 
Hard hat 
Shirt and blue jeans
Work shoes like high tops

Instructions
A.  Dress your construction worker

B.  Put his hard hat on

C.  Put his tool belt on and put a few light weight tools in it that can't harm him if he falls (measuring tape, etc)
