My understanding of a Random Act Of Kindness is if you have something that someone else is looking for and you just want to give it to them, with nothing in return, they don't pay postage, or anything. It's just a GIFT. That is a RAOK. I know some on the boards play a game where they give something, and someone claims that and then they give something and so on. That (to me) is more like a Round Robin sort of RAOK, nothing wrong with that. Good clean fun! Maybe that could be mentioned when the game starts. I'm truly not trying to start trouble, in fact I'm trying to do just the opposite. Any comments or ideas (nice, clean ones) would be great! The Mods gave us this board for a reason. I believe they want to move from the swaps to this board. In the original swap it was you clam one then send one. But someone started one that you pay postage to get one. This is totally different and I believe should be named something different. I believe she has the right to post her own trade but don't make it that if money is involved. In her defense hers are boxes not envy like the RAOK. I think she has good intentions just went about it the wrong way. This all is in fun. Let's just enjoy each other and just make sure to list how your doing your swap.
