(when other people made the same complaint that you just made) that the length of a thread does not affect the no. of posts that will fit on a page.... In other words, no matter how long a thread is, there is no way that it's length can inconvenience anyone or interfere with other people's posts.... when people have a lot of forms, they would put all the forms that they are selling inside one message instead of individually posting each one. It is so much easier to respond and buy forms instead of clicking on each post individually.
Those messages inside the posts can easily be edited with quantity or whatever changes a person wants to make.
When they are all in one post, a buyer can do a simple copy and paste for the forms a customer wants to purchase. It probably would mean more orders for those people who are selling.

Not just by the posts you mentioned. The ASWEENEY method of trying to control the top page with countless individual posts seems to have been imitated by several newer participants the last couple of days. Hopefully it will calm down.
For those who put together an organized list of what you have in a thread (a thread is an opening post plus all the responses to it)- THANK YOU. I like it that way and I will keep reading your threads and replying when I find something I can use. Two or three threads are okay, too. I know some people like to separate beer from automotive, or whatever works. You don't have to compete for the top page. If the top page is full of pushy competition (people running ten+ posts at a time with constant bumps and updates) -we can all read dates and know we have to go to the next page or two to find our regular gems.

Since you asked us if it should be allowed and mentioned she is taking up almost the whole page, I thought I'd reply.
I must of missed something because I only see (5) posts from her which don't consume very much of the page.
Feel free to bump up your posts if you wish them to be higher up on the page, but also be considerate in how many times you do it.

complaining a bt A Sweeney or ups girl as both were mentioned in this thread.....Not sure what the crux of the issues is.... If it is just irritating to see her posts then it's probably a personal issue that doesn't affect others... If it really IS a problem and the mods agree that it is a problem, here is a thought------- I am on another board (subscription/payment req'd) and they have a rule abt no. of posts within 24 hrs.... I think it is a limit of 4. This issue came up several months. Some traders use the same trade info with the first offer of forms in one month and then KEEP ADDING ON TO THE SAME AD FOR THREE OR FOUR MONTHS!!! This is ridiculous! This is one reason that some trades take up so much space. If you have up to maybe ten forms to trade, then bunch them all into one request and only change it once in a 24 hr period. We don't need repetition and space hogging.
