I just got rejected on the J&J Caregivers $10 rebate for not buying at a participating store but I cannot find anywhere on the website that there IS A LIST of participating stores....just NOT to buy at Kroger
I am always having trouble with J&J rejections - is it just me?

This one is being handled by Fandango; I have found them to be very hit-and-miss: I get denied and just resubmit the same receipt and it gets approved next day.

the first submissal was on my phone - so I resubmitted the exact same thing using my scanner and laptop and was paid immediately.
Fandango/J&J never bothered to answer my email asking about participating stores
