My birthday was last Monday and you are supposed to get free ice cream for your birthday and I did not see it in any of my accounts. I had to email both supermarkets....they "fixed" it and put it in my account but I cannot see them. They both claim they are there and if it does not work, I have an email and a person to deal with. So tomorrow my DH and I are going ice cream shopping.....LOL!! I am sure other supermarkets do something like this - always remember to keep track Joanie
