Posted on Aug-06-21 at 09:20 PM (Eastern) by 23.123.152.114 You need ONE crt says save $40 on all grocery with mail in rebate and purchase of 6 btls small print says minimum $75 purch req'd-- but does NOT specify whether that min purch is for th e wine or the groceries so I would play it safe and spend over $75 on EACH. Otherwise they sometimes use the excuse "min purch reqm'nt not met" If possible pls lmk by email where you heard about this form.. presumably from a trader? in wht state? I will lyk what state I got mine from... it came in a raok trade. You have til end of year to do this offer. Based on my experience, when first posted they will sell for 4 and then as sales drop, price will go way down. At this point, I only have one and I don't expect to get alot mroe soon.... but you never know..... I prefer to trade my forms for other forms I have been unable to get.... so maybe we can do some trading of yr extras at some point. I am also happy/willing to show you which other cl houses ar e paying me and under what conditions---- (some will only pay to a residential address adn if you have a ups rental box, their database will id it as such and they will n ot pay) If you want to expand /elaborate on any of this, pls contact me....
