I am holding 9 Menage a Trois $24 forms for a trade made a few days ago. I've searched and searched but can't find the email trade anywhere. If you ordered these from me please get in touch and i will mail these out right away!

I think computers have a feature where you can restore a certain date-- so you can go back to the dat e you posted the forms... Even if you have deleted emails,e tc after that date, it will bring back everything you had on that date and you can see who you had email exchanges with.

Also-- keep a spiral notebook by date of trading online... Once you finalize a trade, under that date inyr notebook, make a record of naz and email and what they are gettign from you. If you are tempted to say you do not have time for that, keep in mind the hassle it will prevent in the future in cases like this. It will give you alot of peace of mind and reassurance.

I'm just tryign to suggest a way to prevent this in future. Ihave a friend who ordered forms from another person and never got them....She is now out $80 and the forms eller has no clue about what happened... took the money but no record of the trade.... The person would probably claim that there is no time for detailed record keeping... just a guess

If they paid by paypal or any electronic payment method, an email should be available for you to contact buyer.

I went back to your original post to figure out exactly what had gone wrong. You appear to say that someone ordered 9 of a form but you lost her naz and email. I have found that the more I have to do, the more motivated I become to figure out shortcuts and shorthand tricks. I think a spiral notebook would be ideal. Put date trade was made on top of page and start with no. 1. List person and contact info. Then abbreviated details of trade. Presumably you trade with pretty much the same people over and over. When you get to a page with a later date, if the trade is with someone from before, just put initials and refer to a previous no. for contac t naz. Example, trade no. 3 when you start yr list might be with a Cheryl Smith )(followed by all her contac t info). But the next time you trade with her you jsut have to write CS ( see no. 3).

You will find other shortcuts. If people are buying mostly the same few forms, you could list the form with no. ordered the first timeit is ordered-- example MAT$24spgs21. You will indicate the no. ordered but next time it is ordered you can use a footnote or asterisk * by way of a ditto mark and only list the no. ordered.
