Posted on Mar-18-21 at 07:15 AM (Eastern) by 24.163.59.142 This is what a rep told me, for no NBPN states, just send a receipt with grocery purchases over $30 I would use a receipt for much more than that in case they reject because of something is not considered "grocery" I would also write something that make clear that you are from a NBPN state Last time I did that and did receive $30
