paypal, starting medium flat rate though will ship cheapest way possible if it doesn't get full or cheaper another way. No extra fees.
Auction ends by default which means the default time is 24 hours after last bid is received or after posting if no bids are to be received. There is no sense cluttering, feeding and fighting for auction placing if noone bids in 24 hours. So if you want in bid otherwise the auction will be over quickly. Will add for each bid as usual.
