I lost my furbaby over 3 weeks ago and i have taken it hard! I am starting to come back around and i found this little fellow that looks just like my baby and i want to bring him home :) It will help ease the pain. okay, i'll probably get bashed for this but here goes ... is your puppy from a mall type pet store? just asking because i'm a huge pet lover and in the different classes i've taken my "rescued" puppy to i've heard the trainers talk about these types of stores. in the stores where the mommy is in a cage and gives birth in the cage and the pups are wiened (sp?) cage it's almost impossible to ever get them house trained. dogs are incredibly smart 4-legged people and in the cages when they learn to go on the paper or whatever is in the corner they learn the feel of the cage under their feet. in some cases when you try to house train them, you turn them out and they search and search in the yard for that cage feel under their paws because they think that's their "cue" to go potty. but there are lots and lots of reputable breeders who are conscientious about their "babies" and that's where i hope you've decided to purchase from ... i guess what i'm trying to say is be careful where you buy ...
but having said all that, i'm glad you're getting a new family member and hope yau'll have MANY happy years together!

Regina, just fell in love with this new puppy she seen..and even though she wasn't going to get a new doggie, she has
put this new doggie on hold.
Keanu was such a big part of her life..and she has been so sad over the past weeks...AND when she saw this new little
doggie...it brought back a little bit of "happiness" (it's funny what the smallest things can do).....I am lucky enough to
have actually met my online friend....AND I know how much Keanu meant to her.
Regina has gone thru a lot of "alone" time....first her daughter in the army and away from her.... and now with Keanu....it's
brought a lot of sadness........SO I think it's time for a change.....I think that a new puppy is just what she needs!!
She didn't want to get a new doggie because she felt she would be "replacing" Keanu.. BUT I convinced her that wasn't the case.
She will love this new little guy too...and I'm sure he will bring a lot of happiness back into her life. Was this question for me...LOL
