UPDATE!! Paypal closed the investigation on the stolen funds and have sent them back to the rightful person. So this woman is a fraud and scammer! She is under investigation with her local authorities bcause I call and files a complaint and fraud report! Ladies be care if you deal with her! Paypal did not protect us with the protection policy on this because it was not thur ebay! We did have delivery confirmation and I did speak with her on the phone once and she admitted to getting all the items! Now she says paypal put her on a payment plan and they (paypal) told me that they do not do payment plans for people that owe others money! She has lied to us and put our family into a huge hole! We are now having to face loosing our car thanks to her!

Buyer response is: None Date of buy: July 30, 2008 Sitituation on problem: This person bought $635 worth of items from me. She paid via paypal with a credit card. I went to paypal account this morning and found out that paypal took back the money because it was stolen funds! Now she is not answering her emails or her phone. Her paypal address is under her sons name. She received the items. I put delivery confirmation on all 3 boxes sent to her via priority mail. Her post office says she received all 3 boxes on august 1, 2008.
This Buyer is or has scamed a seller!

I have filed a report with tem and I know the detectives name that has been assigned my case but it has been almost 2 weeks now and I have not heard from him and I can never get in touch with him!! I am thinking that we are screwed no matter what and all the lady has to say about it is copied and pasted at the bottom here. Now she is claiming she is mental! This was from this mornings IM's!
