You have to register it online and set it up.
I am not sure what all you have to do because
I lost the instructions! The website is written
on the back of the card.
There is a sticker on the outside that says:
Funds do not expire, do not use your card at ATMS airline, hotel,
car rental, telecom or gasoline merchants. Other usage restrictions
apply. Subject to applicable law, a monthly service fee of $2 applies
but is waived for 12 months after purchase.
I can't use it because I orginally bought it to use on gas purchases.
I would like $23 shipped, Non-CC PP handling fee.
