I found this book that I had forgotten about. It is the makeover book from Michael Thurmond that is used on the show Extreme Makeover. It is just the book with the exercises and diet plan. I dont have the body typing anymore. This can still be very helpful if someone is wanting to really lose some weight in six weeks. I have a severe back injury and wont be exercising until I have surgery. This is a proven system and I know it can work. Asking best offer in paypal including shipping.
