As you can see...none of the "addings" listed any stipulations about next bid or a bid of a certain amount.

I have contacted seller who has told me I received only what I bid on....and I will not be getting anything else.

I have noticed the seller is NOW being more clear in her auction, but I do not think it justifies not fixing errors of omission from the past. If this were not the case...WHY even edit out those last 2 adds? There should have been no "editing" needed at all if those items were not to be added.

I am posting this to explain WHY I am leaving negative feedback and to warn others of what her auction adds truly mean---that they are NOT added.

To add:

If a headline reads: A company is adding 200 jobs!!! It means there are 200 jobs to be had.....not IF each person pays their own salary or any other stipulation which wasn't stated.

A lottery winner doesn't just win the LAST draw's jackpot amount but an amount based on ALL ticket sales---including the ones from that night's draw. But they bought the ticket BEFORE lots of other tickets were sold---but they get winnings from ALL of them.

When I run an auction, if I say 'Adding' and I don't say AT a certain bid amount....it means IT'S IN THERE. The winner WILL receive it with OR without additional bids. If there are contingencies to additions, they should be stated BEFORE the fact and not AFTER the fact.

I've won your auctions before...apparently only when I bid AFTER your last addition since I haven't encountered this problem in the past.

It's not rules..it's pure logic. You have obviously SOMEWHAT learned this as your present auctions ARE being specific...which I commend you on fixing before the end date.

Though I see where you are coming from about auctions, I learned the best rule to follow is: "when in Rome do as the Romans do". Before I ran any auctions....I looked at how other people did them here. I avoided any hassles thus far and, to my knowledge, have not disappointed anyone...because I try to be exact and explicit so there is no room for confusion. I did that by following the unspoken "rules" that I saw.

If items are not to be added UNTIL a certain bid is received, then this should be stated. Also editing out additions AFTER it ended shows guilt IMHO.

I suggest you stick to "Buy It Now" auctions or get more specific in your auctions.

I assume you are saying the posted rules of auctions ON RefundSweepers would show you are correct. I will happily read them as well....post them and prove that you are correct.

Until then, I have posted nothing but facts.... I refuse to continue this, as it starts being "bickering" which is against board rules of conduct.

The rules, as I've seen them are the rules of the land....the accepted "norm" of auctions on Refundsweepers. If you can provide REFUNDSWEEPER RULES that show otherwise, PLEASE post them and I WILL edit my negative feedback.

Until then my feedback stands--I believe it is the first negative feedback I've left.

And if you look at your end time, it states the auction was over on 9/6 at 10pm. You posted on posts 10 and 11i that the auction had ended but it actually hadnt ended until you posted abicca was the winner on post 12. All items added should have been included and if i was her i wouldnt even pqy for the auction wnd i would be done bidding on your items. You need to be more specific. If you take a look at other active "auctions" they state will add at $10 bid or whatever bid stated, which you have not done. Therefore i am probably not the only one that feels this is yet another auction handled wrongly and you are falsely advertising and then being an indian giver, which i was taught growing up, is not something you want to do because you will eventually be ousted as we will all see it the same way. Our opinions will not change, even if you come through will all items that were atated to be added in. Its a shame to see people being ripped off on such a great worldwide board. You should be ashamed of yourself!
