i want to lose a little bit of weight..and gain extra energy as well as i have 4 little ones to run around after and full time college ..i was using the depo shot for birth control and that made me go from a size 9 to a size 11. so yesterday i started using the xenadrine to help me out.. i have read a lot of stories that said xenadrine will make you dizzy, energy boost, sweating, fast heartrate, etc...however i havent experienced any of those symptoms...makes me feel that its not working for me.. i took one pill yesterday, no signs of side effects, so today i took one this morning and another right before lunch, and still no feeling of anything different? maybe my bosy can tolerate more? any info ? tia

I tried to use this product and made me dizzy and sick to my stomach-- but Im sure people handle things differently, I have been using the metabolife ultra (w/o edephra) and it gives you the boost you need, I liked the epehdra one better but I guess they have to do what ever they need to --to make it safe! I have taken Metabolife for 2 yrs and I have lost over 85 lbs and that was in my first year, now I just take it to help me still get rid of the extra 50 lbs thats left--- and it also helps with the energy boosts you need too!
I also see my dr and he has assured me that it is safe to take too- so I guess thats a good thing! Also it is a good appetite suppressant too-- makes you feel full!

I never had any side effects other than when i would take it and not eat anything i would get an upset stomach. but lost alot of weight on it. was on it for about 2 yrs

all going to be banned soon by the Federal Gov. (within 90 days of the "bill" being passed) for it's bad side effects, ie. heart problems & death(s). I believe it was about 2-3 wks ago that DHR secretary Tommy Thompson (sp?) announced it during one of those live press conferences.
So...If I were you, I would try something else, as once you start losing weight etc. with ephedra products you may suddenly have to change your dietary supplements. --JMO--

I was also shaky and got sick if I didn't eat before taking them. I only took one a day and still lost weight. Stopped taking them because I was worried about the side effects.
