I weighed 2 pounds less this morning than I did last week. Even though I didn't do too well last week. Hopefully I can do better!!
I have just got to get my schedule organized so I can get my exercise in.

I have so far to go. I am really telling myself I have to do this now and not wait any longer. I know what you mean about the excercise, it is so hard to find the time, when you have so much going on. I love the indoor walking tapes, they are great for those days when you can't get outside. It was 0 here today. I try to wake up early to do it, so the time comes out of my sleep and not taking away from something else. I am home today, and finding it a lot harder to stay away from the fridge. I did OK last week. Lost 1.5 lbs. Even with pigging out at a girls night out on Thursday and eating the leftovers on Friday. So, all in all, I did pretty good.

You are doing great!! Queitwaters: You gotta start somewhere! You are doing great with your walking, water is hard for me to drink also. I always drink more when I am hot like in the summer. We drink alot of sweet tea here. So I try to limit it to just 1 meal a day and drink water the other meals.

Amy: You sound alot like me. Those temptations are always there huh. Well, in Body for Life by Bill Phillips(Love him!:) He says to allow yourself 1 day a week to eat what you want. So don't feel bad for doing that, but the other 6 days stick to your program. :)

Got into a size 14 pants this morning...relaxed fit, but heh lets not dwell on that. I might need the jaws of life to get me out of them tonight, but I am excited for now. I have done my 3 miles every day this week, haven't done as well with my eating, but haven't totaly blown it, hopefully the excercise will make up for the eating.

How is it going for everyone else.

For every 5 pounds I lose I am buying myself a little something, you know like new nail polish or a new shirt. I don't buy for myself that often, so I find that is a good incentive.
