I've got the book after a few ladies did so well losing weight at work.. It seems easy.. I love 8 pounds right off the bat but have kind of slacked off... I really and truely want to fit into some jeans this summer! Anybody else doing the Southbeach diet and have some tips and recipies using the foods he recommends? etc..?
BTW.. if you want the book, Costco is the cheapest by at least $4!
