They all seem to mean different things

Said, expired date, and no origional crt....well, the offer is good until 8/21 and my copy shows my receipt clearly taped to the form...SO, I emailed them and they fixed it already....Have had a few mistakes on their part, but they always fix right away with an email...Have never NOT gotten paid on their offers

In my opinion, this is what goes on
at the bottom of the Inmar page is a contact us - just click on it and explain. Last week I got a refusal that said "submission received after offer expiration date" for an Ezra Brooks offer that needed to be postmarked by June 5th. There is NO received by date listed anywhere on the form, which was mailed June 1st. So I emailed them and told them all this and it was fixed
Any refusals that list a reason can be fixed. If the refusal says INVALID and does NOT list a reason, you have been declared by Inmar to be submitting false rebates or to be submitting too many rebates and they will never pay you again

again, in my opinion, they refuse a lot on things like "wine and meat" or "wine and flowers" claiming that the second item is missing
I personally believe that Inmar offers are processed in Mexico where English is not their first language
