Its heart braking to see small beds hanging from the walls of the collapsed building. 159 people are still missing in the pile of debris.<BR>   <BR>           The city knew the building was sinking and did nothing. The building was built on wetlands. I hope this is a wake up call for the city to help these people find safe living space.<BR>           I do hope that the traders that live in Florida are safe.<P>Gloria
