or maybe I should say going to be an interesting week
I live in The Florida Keys and, obviously, Florida has been open for almost a year now. My son, DIL, 3 grandkids and 2 dogs are almost here from Ohio where they are still restricted but I don't know how much
The upstairs AC is broken (waiting 5 days now for a part) and the upstairs toilet has been ornery and the cable TV has been ornery (guy coming Wednesday) and we have to go to Miami Thursday for a doctor's appointment and I am still gimpy and painful from a hip replacement May 4th...we have a new rescue poodle that weighs 4 pounds and my son's German Shephard weighs 80 pounds - hope they like each other. The plane is up on the mainland having it's annual physical and the boat is on a trailer in the front since I am not allowed in the boat yet....the "guests" will be busy power washing the boat, putting it in the water.....maybe I'll make them pull weeds too. I have a "storage room" downstairs with a full bath and set up to sleep 5 as long as 3 are in one bed!!! Last time they stayed 10 days! Cannot wait!!

and my toilets don't act up too often.

Been a tough week for me but everyone else is having a ball!!
The AC unit required replacing (it is a split unit on the wall, one in the living room and one in the bedroom) - I retired to a one bedroom house so basically it is a great room (kitchen/dining room/living room), a bedroom and a bath. They didn't replace it until Wednesday. The cable guy showed up, parked in front of the house for a minute or two and then left.....we even yelled at him as he was driving down the other side of the runway.....he said Too late! I already cancelled you
Toilet is still ornery
Doctor said my hip replacement is progressing normally and this horrible pain is all sciatica. Funny, I always had sciatica (duh!! I'm a nurse) and when I had my left hip replaced 5 years ago, it all went away.....so now it is back. Gave me script for PT and I guess we'll give it a while. Back to the doctor in 6 weeks!!
Going to the doctor is a trip to the mainland so we went to BJs and Big Lots and went out to lunch!! A day trip!!
The 10 pound chihuahua mix and the 80 pound German Shephard and the 4 pound toy poodle are all getting along.
I am glad I no longer live with a 7 year old and a 9 year old and a 13 year old boy!!

the neighbors little girls get out and scream the whole time
at what who knows? i am forever looking out the window to make
sure nothing is going on.
I need to be out int he country with no close neighbors.
well enjoy the rest of the time they are there. take care of yourself also
I just had a bout with sciatica and it is very painful I know
still have a bad knee. O well!!!
