If we had under $20 which was the minimum to withdraw such as $5.75, then we could withdraw that amount or have it moved over the the smart phone account. Uploading receipts on a desktop computer was the easiest way for many people.

Something worked, because they deposited this morning.  I am happy because $15 is $15.<P>Joaniebott ... you may get your money.  Here's hoping for you ...
