We do not have children around at Christmas so nobody really cares but our pre-lit tree lost half it's lights a few years ago and we add new ones. I keep saying we will check out the sales after Christmas but we always forget

Joanie 3|3|We purchase a real tree. So yes I need to add lights every year. Wish I had some advice on pre-lit I've seen some nice ones in stores. We have to travel 30+ miles for shopping.|Hulls|totoscharmedlife@gmail.com|15:28:49|11/04/2020|

So one year I decided to put a fake prestrung lit 7 foot tree in layaway àt a department store
I went to get the tree after Christmas and asked them to do a "price check " or see if i could get the price to drop a little bit since all Christmas items where on clearance after Christmas. To my surprise the "price check " worked i paid a total of $30 for the tree which also played 7 different Christmas songs
That was around 20 years ago and it is still working very well 5|5|Needles are a issue. We carry it out on a tarp. I have a small pre-lit tree with my 'Camper' ornaments on it in the basement.|Hulls|totoscharmedlife@gmail.com|17:47:42|11/04/2020|

When I first started "snowbirding" to The Florida Keys in 2007, we were here from November to May. My neighbor owned a big empty lot and the 1st Saturday of January, he would have a bonfire. Everybody brought the trees down there, the fire department stationed a truck down there and it was catered....was a fun night!! Then he build a house on that property.....oh well

When our boys were young, we flew from NJ to FL every Christmas and Easter so they got to spend time with the grandparents. We had a giant rubber plant in the living room that had been a wedding gift. We used to decorate that with bulbs and tinsel and call it Christmas!! My Mom had done her own decorating down here

Joanie 7|7|I love burning a dried out tree. Since we are in Northern WI that usually has to wait until spring......good times|Hulls|totoscharmedlife@gmail.com|12:05:11|11/05/2020|

Your advice and caring words mean so very much to me. Especially now because it’s been so long since anyone spoke kindly to me. Your posts and emails and texts are helping more than you will ever know. This has been the worst 6 months of my whole life and the stress of the pandemic hasn’t helped matters but I’m still here and I’m still breathing. Our 18 year old grandson who’s living with us tested positive for Covid a couple months ago and we didn’t get it so maybe that was some sort of sign. I don’t know. All I know for sure is that I am so grateful for this site and for the compassionate women who live here. Thanks again.

Please leave me feedback if we have
had a favorable trade and I will do
the same for you!
