I’ve gone from a size 2x/3x to a size Small. Does anybody have any good recipes they can share with me?? I need to make meals that are not only low calorie but will fill my 18 year old grandsons belly!!! He eats healthy but he eats ALOT!! And I keep making the same things over and over.

We just do a lot of steamed veggies or sautee them in the skillet with Pam. Add some cooked pork or chicken to them.

Cabbage Lasagna........Easy Can use your own lasagna recipe instead of noodles use Cooked Cabbage. Layer it just like you do regular lasagna. Sometimes I use Ricotta Cheese and sometimes I use cottage cheese. Really Super Easy and good! This is a weight watcher recipe. I make it and take it to work My co-workers love it! Me too! Enjoy! i roast my veggies with Pam on them and different spices. i love the everything bagel spice and for a snack i eat pork rinds no carbs. you are doing great new clothes for the holidays. melody
