I just found out that KFR does not load points from Kellogg purchases automatically through the link from the courtesy card issued by stores.
The process now requires that you upload your receipts with the purchase circled in order to be credited with points. I knew they had upgraded their site but I was not aware that the way to get more points had been changed.

so I mail mine in every month have to be pmk 30 days from purchase
but at least I get the points

of course, you need a smart phone but it is easy to text your receipts
