I got this e-mail from them:

Before we close our doors, make sure to keep earning points
until December 31st and redeem them before January 31, 2020!
Any unused points in your account become invalid after 1/31/20"
Sure hope they add some prizes, I have 50,000 points and don't see anything I'd want in the catalog.
