They want 100% of it to be done by smart phone and no rewards received by postal service or maybe even by Coke emails. The program will work great if you have the app, shop alot, have a smart phone. Saving codes is no longer of value to our group of 9 people from church. We 100% hope everyone likes the changes that are not defined in their reply message. Thank you for asking them. They continue to offer online rewards and mail things to our homes.
This week I rec'd in the mail from Coke a 4 pack of lip smackers and the
phone holder.

karrkamper is right about how the new program and very likely any changes are all geared to smart phones and apps.
We won 23 food items in the Burger King promotion and received none. They changed the rules after the game was over. Coke said they were sorry and a letter to BK HQ with the 23 emails from Coke got us no reply from BK. If each item was on their dollar menu they owe us a $23 gift card. It's the principal of the matter. We played the game once a day for over 40 days. Unlocked gift cards are gone in under 24 hours and sometimes far less than that. In some cases people on the west coast have not even gotten home from work and the locked item is already unlocked. We applaud those who win all the things they have as rewards but we do not know anyone through some social media who has ever one anything through instant win, so we don't play those. Everyone used to have a chance at most of the rewards when they were enter codes and receive gift cards in the mail. The program no longer works but for a good % of those who used to collect codes in our opinion. During April-May they had two locked gift cards, I think they were Amazon and Walmart. Being un-informed about the rewards on the way, we were traveling and did not take codes with us. By the time we hear about them they are over. Maybe Coke should send an email alert. They like to have rewards and in the rules somewhere is hidden a locked reward of some kind.
The Coke emails are almost exclusively things we can not use. We have over 1000 codes and one of these days, in our opinion, they will change the number of characters in a code and ours will be worthless.
It's interesting they used to let people post on their Facebook page and since most of it were complaints they stopped allowing posts about the program. What caused so many people to have a reason to post there? It sounds like alot of people did not like the changes.
No problem as they should have 1-2 locked rewards every year.
Coke and Burger King failing to resolve the matter that they caused is shameful.
Tell us your giving the $23 gift card to some homeless person instead of us. That is better than ignoring. If they have a record of who they have sent the BK rewards to, then that leaves a list of the people who never got theirs.
