Just wondering about this and why forms are so scarce--or nonexistent--in some states. Opinions?

I don't think there are better states per say, some states rebates aren't allowed

I live in SE FL and there are NO forms, not even gas stations or convenience stores......according to the managers at Publix and Winn Dixie, rebate forms are more trouble than they're worth because they make a mess and because people steal them all (in my area, taking a peelie or a hangtag is considered shoplifting)....I have spoken with the Budweiser delivery guy who referred me to his boss on the mainland who said WD and Publix TOLD him NOT to put out forms....makes no sense since the slippage makes money for the company and the store!?!? I go visit friends near Orlando and every gas station and convenience store has beer forms everywhere!!! I know two people in FL who have form services that only sell forms they found themselves so they're out there somewhere.....
No forms when I lived in NJ either....unless you go back to the 80s and 90s when forms were everywhere

forces with developing technology. Some of my major supermarkets that used to have forms have switched to directing you to a mobile app or ibotta or other things of that nature. I try to focus on the fact that so many are online printable. That seems to keep me so busy that I really can't keep up with the many beer offers. Where are the most wine & liq forms found? I'd say look at where the form sellers on RS live-- probably MA & NY. Then maybe OH. IL and WI used to have lots of forms but they now seem to be mainly state specific ... when we visit our son in OH, wine forms are EVERYWHERE!!!! Their big supermarkets (Giant Eagle, Meiijer, Krogers) are giant stores that sell everything from couches to gum....But most of those wine forms are good in OH only

we only really have 1 big store and that's Kroger and I almost never find a form there. The salesman told me they have to pick them up in Columbus and don't like to make the trip,my daughter lives near Cincy and there are forms there at some of the stores mostly Krogers is where we look.
