I ordered coupons on here in mid December. Long story short, I forgot to give my NAZ & now that trader has kept my money & stamp & coupons. I was sent a link to her coupons post which says NO REFUNDS.
Well I must be stupid... I didn't get ANYTHING for my money. Google the word 'refund' for the exact meaning!!!
And in case anyone's wondering... my NAZ wasn't on the envelope as I always put the recipients NAZ in the sender & addressee areas to ensure that it doesn't come back to me.
Looks like I'll have to inform the mods on here & inform any & every blacklist.

I really need help in understanding how I'm neither getting my coupons or money & stamp back because I failed to give my NAZ, how is this fair?
It's under a dollar, but it's the principle. If I was rich I wouldn't rely on coupons. And if I had enough money to just throw it away, then EVERYONE on here would be getting an envelope frome me with money in it & no NAZ.
I believe that falls under the term of RAOK!!
And when I had the audacity to ask where my trade was, I was greeted with 'you are a problem trader this time' & again 'you are a problem trader'
