I purchased mine locally and I had to go in to get mine adjusted until the sound was like it should be. I don't know how they can adjust them with out him being there.All the adjustments are done on the computer.Hearing aids are a lot less expensive if purchased on the internet. Mine cost almost $4000. I am almost totally deaf without mine . From time to time they will get a little out of adjustment and I will go in and get them reset. I am wondering how that could be done without being there.Maybe someone who has purchased them on the internet will give you some info.Good luck. Having a hearing problem is bad on everyone.
It's hard on the person with the hearing loss and it is hard on everyone you come in contact everyday.
