I don't recall ever seeing the name and I have been a member since it started, many yrs ago. Things I look for---- when did the person join rs? how many posts have they made? In past yrs, there were always problems with people being at RS only during the holidays and assuming a new name and posting name/email because their alias was on the bad trader list. i would inform person that i let her or his know that i ordered from someone who have coupons to let her or him know that mail is coming to person .
i do to let them know that they know mail coming to them from other trader who have coupons.

I have had 2-swap cards sent to me. I didn't join or ask to be signed up. my name/address is on the card as a guest. I was sent a text showing it-from a person I know from rs. I couldn't make out if donna name/addy was on it. so that's my belief-until/if I find out anything different.
