I know what it is like to be so scared after a husband has a stroke. If it is caught in time there is a lot that they can do for him. My husband was home alone for 9 hours after his stroke and still he got some of his abilities back. Just know that those abilities can even come back a year or two after the stroke. It is a long hard road to walk but so worth it to still have them. ... stroke in 1980. He went from the hospital to a rehabilitation hospital for another two weeks, before coming home. See if you have that option. The bill terrified me, but came the day to check-out, I found out that the rehab hospital had a donor program that picked up 90% of that bill. Need Avon, email me! 15|1|Thanks for continued prayers. My husband is doing good. They found a large area in his brain where he must have had a previous stroke and didnt know it!! He has so many other things going on too. Trying to control his diabetes and high blood pressure and leukemia. But his heart looked good so that's a plus.
