Anyone belong to mypoints and have a customer service question? If you did, did your problem get resolved? My hubby uses mypoints for booking hotel, air fare and car rentals. Some of his travel is not gaining any points. Says pending and the date they post is long gone. Do they have a phone number. He has sent them whatever they have asked for on their customer service section but no points appear. Very disappointed. Any help would be appreciated. Years ago I had a large amount of points but hadn't been in my account in ages due to husband's stroke, etc.
When I finally got logged in, all my points were gone.
I used the Contact Us to reach Customer Support and they gave me my points back.
Try then and see ... Good Luck!
