I discovered that WALMART will no longer honor a printed internet coupon unless it scans. They will not type in the numbers on the coupon. This is a new policy that went into effect a few weeks ago.
If you know of another store using this policy add them to this list. So far in my area Food Lion and other stores are still taking the coupons.
