Schwarzkopf Hair Color Rebate Check BOUNCED! and I was charged a $12 FEE. I am so upset. I just left a message with the rebate center. I can't even return the frikken hair color since they make you send the receipt. aaaaaghhhhhhhhhhh. Any good ideas??!
