If a Refund Form does not have a start date, how far back do you use cash tapes from? I was turned down on 2 Modelo forms that did not have start dates. When I called about it the lady said it was because I used from 2017. The forms did not exp until 2/15/18. I sent them in sometime in Jan. they rejected and told me on a postcard that I could re submit and it was a nbpn
form for Ill so only the groceries had to be accounted for and they said still it
has to be during rebate time. DR says if there is no start date on their forms we are
suposed to call and get one. I re sent mine with a good crt (according to them)
waiting now to see what happens. I emailed the sponsor and they referred me back to the CH
so i knew I was gonna lose if I dod not resubmit but corona and Modelo never had
a start date. Hopefully they wills tay with el paso they were better at taking care of it.

Mine was rejected because it was not in a authorized state. The clearing house refered me to Modelo. Then Modelo refered me to the clearing house. Back and forth, back and forth. I never did get paid
