living in Ohio is nice sometimes except the snow. We got alot of snow US 75 & US 70 was covered by 7.30 a.m. The roads are to better now. Most of the roads are not plowed and the schools are all closed in several counties. It is another cold day at least the sun is trying to come out. I waiting for the claims adjuster to come to look at roof and he he makes a appointment then calls and says can not come. He can not give me a price when there is snow on the roof. Maybe Thursday he will come as it is to be sunny then more rain changing to snow.
I sure wish it was spring and the flowers were coming up and the sun was out. I did have some flowers coming up before all the snow.
Its. 11.15. a.m. and the snow is stopped and its time to go out and shovel the snow from walkways. Its seems as that the older people shovel the snow every times it snow but the younger adults never shovel their walkways. It makes it hard to walk any place.
I got some flower seeds and put them in pots and they have started to grow. Hope they get nice and strong and big. Not started plants inside before as I do not have a green thumb.

getting snow every day these days. Right now have maybe 6-7 inches on the ground but tonight a big storm is coming thru. There is a winter storm warning for the most northern counties including St Joseph (South Bend area) Elkhart and LaPorte to name a few but the county north of me is under a Winter storm watch and saying 'conservatively' 6-9 inches of snow. I am only a few miles from that county line so usually get what they get. Just don't need close to 20" of snow on the ground. Ughh. LaPorte and St Joe county are BAD for getting huge amounts of snow and often it's the lake effect stuff but this time its system snow. I don't see spring arriving in my neck of the woods til around April, so that weather woodchuck better be busy chucking wood for heat. LOL

i live in upstate Ny between rochester and syracuse. right off of I90. snow zone. we have had snow every day for the lat 10 days and no stopping in sight. if i actually live about 5 miles closer to lake ontario i would be in real trouble. however it is Feburary and if it has to be winter i want it now- when it should be- not in the middle of april when i should be seeing flowers etc. not cold in the middle of april which causes real frost and damages the apple trees. cheer up! only about 1 month of real winter to go. then the sun is higher the temps are warmer and spring will be in the air.

While I was walking today, some man tried to give me a ride. I told him know and he told me he wanted to give me a ride. I still told him no, He left. The sun was out today and it warmed things up and the snow became sloppy. Now it is raining and turning to ice. The weatherman says more snow on the way.
While I was looking around in the store today, I saw all the flower garden things, but still to early to get the seeds and plants.
I did buy some cat food, and fruit, Russell Stover's marshmellow candy eggs. They are so good.
