recycle place where people recycle newspapers depend on sign or not sign .
or like sandyC said ask next door friends to hold coupons for you before they trash or recycle in recycle bins.
or person know where to get more inserts from the company .
that is good question to ask.
i am sure that other people who get inserts may be not answer your question that they prefer private.
if person ask liquor store to clean out newspaper during day times before end of day that i feel that is rude because other people come in to buy newspapers.
i thought most liquor stores will destroy newspaper by cut newepaper to prevent people advantage (spell word) without pay newspaper from recycle or trash bins.
unless the person know worker in liquor stores. they may be doing to take coupons out of newspapers and hold coupons for the person . i have heard before many years ago.

with someone who delivers or sells papers.... They probably pay a nominal fee for the inserts that would otherwise be trashed.... Or the person who would trash the unsold ones is a relative who wants to help the coupon clipper financially. I have bought coupons from someone who is confined to a wheelchair and I thought her prices were great... The post as at rmc which will soon be gone and I'm wondering where to go now... amounts of individual coupons. Just google "coupon clipping services" and several should come up. Now as to where the "services" get their coupons would be as in the some of the above answers. Some services will also buy small amounts from individuals to get their supply numbers up.
