Just spent at least 20 minutes holding on for purina on the phone. Tried to input my codes and they came back invalid. Never had a problem before. System is down. Lovely. Gave the girl all my info and let's see if she gives me my point adjustment. Also filled out form on their site with my code information. Had to vent. This is not worth it.
