I am, I am so very excited and terrified all at once. we are moving out of the city (away for the stores and shopping), to the country. Instead of shopping everyday
I'll have to shop once or maybe twice a week. I'll be downsizing to a third of a house, which is what we need to do anyways. But it is sooooooo stressful waiting for
everything to get going as far as the bank, appraisers, inspections etc...
we have lived in this house for 25 years and the new house will be an adjustment but we think it will be best. Especially with all the medical problems dh has been having
this new home is on one level so that is great.
Anyhow,I'm pretty sure my trades are up to date, if not, plmk asap. I get right on it.
I do plan to still trade, make labels, slips, cards and such I'll just probably be in the background for a little while
my cell and email should stay the same. thank u to all my trader and friends as always, kawanti :)tina:)

thank u for listening to me, this is soooooooooo nerve wracking, it is wonderful to come here and know that you all are here
and listening, that there IS someone out there who in deed listens. It is gonna be a while before we move, if we move, now.
get this, everything is set up and almost done with. except the title or deed search with takes a couple weeks ok I can handle
that. the earnest check is in, which leagally holds the home so no one else can buy it out from under us. bank has approved
the loan, but just YESTERDAY, I learned that dh hasn't put in for the loan yet !!!!!!!!!!!!! ugh. I feel like giving up. we
have been looking and shopping for a house since January. I wanna give up. do I pack or not
