Senomyx’s MSG-enhancer gained the Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) status from the Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association (FEMA), an industry-funded organization, in less than eighteen months, which included three months of tests on rats. Senomyx maintains that their products are safe to eat simply because they are used in such tiny quantities."

The METHODS used to create such "frankenfoods" are a concern to many people. Move along if this doesn’t apply to you. I don’t think we need anyone interpreting what we should think about this.
