I don't do lots of coupons or anything but when i do it always seems i have to call the manager or someone because the discount or coupon doesn't come off.
just went to cvs today...and loaded three coupons to my card for .$1 off water, $1.25 off can veg. and $1.50 off can or dried fruit. Went and bought water, veggie and dried fruit..all just
slightly above the coupon price and 1 or 2 other items pretty low price. Also had a $2 extra care so total should have only been $1+. Nothing comes off but my $2 extra care. So i have to call manager. I was just going to say forget it all if you aren't taken this off since I just loaded to my card. But they did seem to know about them..they did know it was $1.25 off veg. So I had to cancel order and go to have them ring it all up again and take off manually the rest.
It so tiring doing this. If you don't want to give the coupons then don't advertise it. I don't want to have to check everything I buy all the time because I can't trust you to give me the advertised discount. It happens way too often.
Just needed to vent. Does this happen to you too?
