I have this Bissell and have had it for a couple years. My close friend has the same one and we both love it! It's a Bissell 1940 PowerFresh Steam Mop Hard Floor Steam Cleaner, Blue in color. She got hers at a brick and morter store and I got mine off of Amazon. Never had a issue. We both use ours on our hardwood floors and does a great job. Not too much water like some of the cheaper ones put out. This one you can choose from 3 settings and for our hardwood floors we both use the middle setting. I have had mine for 2 yrs and she has had hers at least that long if not longer with no issues on either. Hope this helps. Ohh..you can buy extra washable pads for it off of Amazon as well as she got hers from a brick and mortor store. I rotate thru them and they last and last! Also if want 'shiny' floors..like nice shiney hardwood floors...do NOT use soft water in the dispenser! I used my bottled Culligan water. The salt from the water softner makes the floor surface more dull looking and also do NOT add fabric softner to the pads when washing them as it will have the same dull effect on the floors. Just some helpful hints :) 2|2|thanks|kgirl|kenwhi1999@yahoo.com|21:08:46|03/07/2017|
