I did a trade over a year ago last summer that was mailed by priority that never arrived to it's destination. She's one of my regular traders and the address was correct. I replaced part of her trade/credited the rest for future trades. I was absolutely floored that this priority envelope was returned to me today showing "unable to forward". This was mailed on July 6, 2015. Where has it been all this time? I am just amazed that it was even returned back to me after all this time!! I will be going to the p.o. Monday to see if I can get a refund. Thought I would share with everyone as this is certainly a record for me!! 1|1|WOW|20yrrefunder|tradernikki@yahoo.com|22:30:48|12/17/2016|

Years ago, when we would send $1 and a stamp for pot luck forms or coupons from refund magazine ads, I sent an envelope out.
Never got my forms. About 3 years later I get my envelope back in a postal envelope
and inside, one end of the envelope was neatly cut off and my $1 and stamp were missing.
I wondered why did the post office even bother sending my EMPTY envelope back.

The USPS has its days I suppose.

The strangest experience I had was one involving their much hated "body bags".

I sent a refund out for Budweiser in a #10 white business envelope, proper postage,
correct address, all legible, the whole deal, perfect. A few days later, the envelope
was returned to me cut completely in half along the diagonal, and it was in a USPS
famed "body bag", no apology, no explanation, nothing. The envelope looked like a
triangular piece of pizza and it held my $10 Bud refund form with all the correspondence
cut also neatly along the diagonal. The USPS only sent me the half with the return addy on it.
The other half disappeared somewhere in a black hole or something.

Sssooooooooo, their slicery cost me ten bucks that day ... plus the stamp.
