anyone know why my dog I have had for 3 years she is 8 or so maybe more as she is a rescue I am not really sure of her age. anyway
a few weeks ago she started driving me nuts in the morning she starts panting pretty hard and starts shaking and will not not go away from me
as the day progresses she gets better and it all starts all over again in the morning shaking, etc. this came on all of a sudden
and while I think it is stress related there was nothing to stress her that I know of except about 4 months ago I got another rescue dog
and she ignores the new dog. that is all i can think of since the 4th of July is over and there is nothing else new. she was to the vet about 2 weeks ago for shots, check up etc but I did not mention it to the vet cause it was nothing much then. he pronounced her healthy at that time. any help appreciated
1|1|Take her back to the vet, except for the shaking , this is what our dog Charlie was doing..Panting and drinking alot of water...It turned out to be diabetes that we never knew he had and he stopped eating within a day and we had to put him down. holler when they are bad and it upsets them. vet ran blood test on here and she is just
fine and he examined her heart etc. she is just mad at me. went to my daughter's over night
last night and she slept between my daughter and her dh and ignored me all night.
vet said just a behavior problem keep an eye on it. thanks for the info though

I have had many rescue doggies in my lifetime.
The doggie probably doesn't really understand why he or she is being hollered at. Maybe that scares her and that is why she is acting the way she does.
Doggies do have feelings. Perhaps try a different approach with the doggie.

but she is going to throw me down cause she stands so close I sometimes don't even see her.
she is better than she was. the shaking has pretty much quit and she eats better and takes her
treats again, but she is still stuck to me. O well maybe that will go away soon also. she will
go to the groomer on tuesday so maybe if she gets away from me for a while the whole thing
will improve when i tell her how lovely she is.
