It's been a long time since I sent anything out. I have been refunding since 1981 & it's not good out there. Pa is bad w/ finding forms. I just looked at ebay but didn't know where to look. PLMK Would love to get into it again. I remember when you use to send a $1.00 for anywhere from 25-50 forms. But that's a thing of the past!<BR>  Thanks,<BR>    seahwak
