Been awhile since I have chatted about anything.
Frankly, sometimes I wonder. They say cats have 9 lives. I wonder if people do.
For instance, one can take a look at their lives and see how many times they have come close to death and were saved at the last moment. And why? for what reason?
I know why in my case, I know... God loves me :)
Heres what has happened to me over the years
1-Got beat up by 30 girls in elementary school-I called one of them stupid because she threw a snowball at my eye. Back then, I was just learning how to speak english and it was the only bad word i knew. Was hurt real bad.
2-Was in a real bad car wreck at approx. age 17..Hot rod GTO pulled on the side of me wanting to race.I just got this car a 1969 Mercury cougar xr7..It was a beauty.Boyfriend was with me. When I wouldnt race ,he took his foot and smashed my gas pedal from the passenger side. Next I woke up in hospital.alot of broken bones car destroyed.
3.At approx.. 19 was chased by a jealous boyfriend with a knife. When cornered at the end of hallway it was either get killed or jump out the second story window.Thats what I did.
Next I knew was in the hospital broken jaw and other ailments.
4.This one is so bad i cant even talk about it.....approximate age 20
5..Went to my ex-s home to check if thieves were stealing anything from his house while he was in hospital..was invaded by a ton of fleas.pulled as many as I could off of my pants and got in the car..while attempting to pull one off my nose my car swerved to the left.weird, the only thing I could think of at the time was " so this is what it feels like to die", I heard the brush in the windows and going through the field .it was like a hurricane. then the car hit a small tree and it stopped.i hit my chest bad. approx. age 49
6.You go the doctor and you get your tests done and you figure, well everything if fine.
Doctor says: You are dying.You have cancer and its spread everywhere.You know he's talking but you know he's full of crap..you cant be dying. You have alot to do yet. You have cats and dogs that need you.I'm sorry he says. I stand in the hallway holding papers in my hand..wondering, what the heck just happened. i couldnt move. Nurse says. this way..ushering me out the office.
Wow! im dying..I sit in the parking lot in the car feeling sorry for everyone whose ever been told the big WORD C. and Im crying for all whom I lost and all the wonderful women I have traded with here whom are no longer here. To make a long story short and after being run through the mill. I have no cancer.Dear god, jesus , the Lord once again has had mercy on me. yet, I am changed forever.My heart goes out to everyone whom went through this and has yet to go through. may god give you strength. Approx age 59
7.Took Daddys Lincoln town car (daddy no longer here) for a ride to see my grandbabies june-2016
Just prior to this trip got new tires put on.
On way home kept hearing a bunch of noise in front wheel.I didnt pay any mind at first.Then I called a mechanic and asked him what it could be, he said maybe the sway bar, balljoint..after talking to several people whom advised me to keep driving..i did, however the noise got louder.I was like 50 or 60 miles from the next service plaza on ronald reagan tnpk. I was getting very panicky and felt alot of anxiety.
The noise was annoying and loud.
I looked at my dash and it said I was going 66 miles per hour then for some stupid reason my gas gage said I could still go 666 miles before I ran out of gas. That car never said that.
I decided to get off in 20 or so more miles.
When I got off to the service plaza.It was real loud.
I pulled over in a park. First i had to catch my breath then went in to get a drink. then made a bunch of calls to people I knew to complain. they instructed me to look under the car, do I see anything hanging..etc,,they all said drive home on the slow lane.I was scared to death.Something wasnt right.I drove around the plaza hoping some man or someone would hear something and tell me something. Its exactly what happened.
A man said. ma'm please dont get ack on the highway..you"re tire is about to fall off .
i pulled over, opened my trunk and pulled out a four way. when this person took the cover off my wheel..OH MY GOD! There were 4 lug nuts just sitting there and 1 hanging on one thread.
I totally didnt know how this happened.
had I gotten back on the highway I would have died.
I am so glad GOD SAVED ME one more time!
And I am here to tell you all I love you guys.May God bless you all
