All of our cats - male and female - will bring us their "catches". One little girl cat brought in a baby rabbit one night. She had some grey patches on her and I was calling for her to come in for the night and it was dark and I held the door open for her to come running in and did not notice that she had something in her mouth. Good thing that she dropped at my DH's feet and he was able to catch the little bunny and put it back outside.

a couple of years ago my husband woke me up in the middle of the night to ask if I had bought the cats a new toy. He said they woke him up tossing it around and he held out his hand, right in front of my face asking where should he put it so they could have it back later. OMG - I came wide awake - he was holding a grey full sized mouse that didn't even look dead. Guess they had just killed it by playing with it, and I have no idea where or how it got in the house!
