easy peasy. took boneless chicken breasts (if very thick I sliced them half to make 2 pieces ..thinner) I baked them for 20 min at 350º on a cookie sheet. While that was baking I mixed 2 pkgs of frozen spinch (or you can use canned)which I had squished as much water out of as I could with my hands in a bowl with some parmesan cheese and a can of cream of chicken soup. I then put the spinach mixture on top of each of the partially cooked chicken breasts and topped each of them with a slice of provolone cheese. Put a toothpick in several of the breasts to hold foil up off the chicken (or the cheese and mixture will stick to the foil)wrapped foil tightly around the cookie sheet to keep the heat in for another 15 mins or so and viola..it was done! Daughter LOVED these! I had not made them before. Good source of protein with the chicken and cheese and lots of vitamins with the spinach as well. The recipe is a 'keeper' for us :)

Oh, thank you.. I should really try this recipe, sounds easy and delicious. Chicken and cheese are my son favorites, specially cheese. But my little boy hates spinach, with what I could replace it? Ideas? 3|3|you could just use cheese or..inside..|Skaytes|skaytez@gmail.com|06:24:38|05/14/2016|

Even bake chicken breasts in a marinara (speghetti) type sauce and top with cheese slices..mozzerella or provolone. Please DO NOT buy grated Parmesan cheese in a can at the grocey store..like Kraft..it has zero taste and is not good for you. Take the few extra dollars to buy a GOOD parmesan..it's worth it!..and once you taste it you will NEVER go back to the nasty stuff in a can/bottle! I actually can get mine cheap at a Amish store. It's top quality and even cheaper than name brand 'nasty' in a can. Add quite a bit to the spinach and the soup and it might change your son's mind. My daughter isn't too fond of spinach either but immediately said (teasing me..lol) that I couldn't have any of it..it was ALL hers! lol! The cheese from the parm and provolone over rode the spinach bit bitter taste :)
You could also put the chicken breasts in between pieces of wax paper or saran wrap and pound them flatter. You could dip these into milk..then beaten eggs and then into panko bread crumbs and either bake them or fry them to make chicken tenderloins. The panko bread crumbs do not get soggy when you fry them..stays crispy. I do this with boneless pork chops to make tenderloins for sandwiches etc. Again you can top them with cheese or bake them with marinara sauce and cheese in oven as well.

Hopefully others will chime in and give you more ideas here as well :) 4|4|recipes|BethPatel|susanrlegget@hotmail.com|07:30:06|05/14/2016|

Thanks for a Amish store tip! I keep it in mind. Also, I think I do that spinach trick , lets see what my son thinks about it.
I've Fried my chicken breast pieces with bread crumb and grated cheese mixture and serve them with sour cream and garlic Dip- Comfort food, to die for!
With chicken- I often make pasta. In Our favorite chicken pasta I put sun dried tomatoes, a little bit garlic , chicken chunks, and one can condensed cream of chicken soup. I serve it with Parmesan and a drop of basil olive oil.

I Hope that too
