you can only do the points every 30 days and i have only been able to redeem 2 bags/upcs per month. It tells you how long you have to do the next redemption. Not sure exactly what your problem is. 3|1|update on myperks.catchow|2597grandma|hbs4470@optonline.net|08:45:48|02/18/2016|
Went on again today and now you can not even try to do "activities" such as article or video. They have vanished. Called myperks yesterday and the lady said keep track of your points and they will fix the account once the website is working. Wonder when that will be. the items seem nice but not something that is really need for a cat except the cat trees. I added 3000 points today with out any problems.
Its was 55 degrees yesterday and now raining and to change to snow tonight. Then Saturday to be in 50's
